ICN Global Leadership Summit and Awards is a high-level economic and business summit to be held this August 31, 2023, at the Hotel du Fleuve, Congo, with the aim of exploring and showcasing the unheard-of economic potential of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Organized by the American Institution iChange Nations, the world’s largest honor culture-building organization known for having awarded more than 30 Heads of State, First Ladies and Prime Ministers, and several top personalities around the world.

iChange Nations has honored personalities (top achievers) from around the world for their humanitarian and peace-building efforts in their communities and nations in over 150 countries worldwide.
For this second edition, Congolese superstar and philanthropist Innoss’B is among the world-class personalities nominated for the Awards Ceremony to be held during the ICN Global Leadership Summit and Awards, including the first female President of the Republic of Ecuador and former UN Secretary General candidate (H.E.) Dr. Rosalía Arteaga, under the patronage of the Congolese Minister of Territorial Development HEM Guy Loando Mboyo.
Real name Innocent Ignace Balume, artist and philanthropist Innoss’B is now a leading voice in the African and even global urban music industry.

Nominated for a BET Award and winner of several prestigious music prizes, Innoss’B is a hit maker whose hits and featurings have music lovers of all generations drooling, including the most famous, Yo Pe Remix with Tanzanian artist Diamond Platnumz, which has reached over 200 million views on YouTube.

He is also one of the world’s greatest philanthropists, with a number of development projects, including the Cité Umoja built for the victims of the eruption of Mount Nyiragongo volcano, which wreaked havoc in the city of Goma.
On December 25, the artist brought food and non-food items to over 1,300 households and shared a meal with destitute children in the city of Goma.
Innoss’B is also a voice for peace in the DRC and around the world, having performed several times at peace festivals around the world, including the annual Amani Festival for Peace in Eastern DRC.
Nicknamed the Young Leader, Innoss’B is also a model of success for Congolese and African youth.
