Elias Moturi Kayaga is an educationist and quality assurance professional dedicated to promoting academic excellence, institutional integrity, and holistic learner development. At Kereri Girls High School, he serves as the Head of Quality Assurance and Standards and Patron of co curricular clubs, where he plays a key role in strengthening teaching and learning processes, guiding student leadership programs, and coordinating initiatives that integrate community service learning into the school experience. Passionate about mentorship and values based education, he actively supports programmes that nurture responsible citizenship, creativity, and compassion among learners.
