Q: What inspired you to embark on the journey of empowerment and entrepreneurship?

Emerald: I was inspired by a variety of factors, including a desire for independence and personal growth. I started my own businesses even when I was in university, selling items to my hall mates.

I believe that empowerment is not only about being your own boss but also about helping others control their destiny and create their own path.

Q: How has your leadership impacted the socioeconomic development of Ghana and beyond?

Emerald: My initiatives and programs have spearheaded empowerment efforts, particularly for women in business and entrepreneurship.

By providing access to funding, mentorship, and training, we have created an inclusive and supportive environment for women to thrive.

Additionally, our focus on youth development has equipped young people with the skills and resources they need to contribute to sustainable development.”
