More importantly, he cultivated a culture of creativity and solution-oriented thinking, encouraging young people to become creators of technology rather than passive consumers. His leadership inspired many aspiring innovators to develop practical digital solutions capable of addressing local and regional challenges.
That entrepreneurial spirit would later evolve into the establishment of Associated Inventive Minds Consortium Limited (AIM Consortium), where Mabwire serves as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, AIM Consortium has grown into an emerging multi-service technology enterprise committed to accelerating Africa’s digital transformation through accessible, affordable, and impactful digital solutions.
The company’s growing portfolio reflects a deliberate focus on solving everyday challenges facing entrepreneurs, public institutions, innovators, and local governments.
Among its flagship innovations is AIMduka, an integrated digital business management platform designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises digitise their operations. Through the successful deployment of the Igambi Digital Tax Collection System in Jinja City, AIM Consortium has strengthened revenue collection, enhanced transparency and accountability, and improved operational efficiency within local government administration.
